The connector requires no account and no authentication, and it collects no personal data. Requests contain only what an assistant sends to answer a tour question: a tour id, a date, a party size (counts only), or a hotel name to check against our pickup list.
Requests are processed transiently against A Day in LA Tours' own booking endpoints and are not stored by the connector. Tour availability responses are cached briefly (minutes to hours, by data type) to limit load; caches contain tour data, never anything about you. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard, short-lived operational logs (such as IP address and request path) for reliability and abuse prevention.
No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising. There is no sponsored content. The connector's only upstream is our own booking system.
The connector retains nothing beyond the transient caches and hosting logs described above. If you book a tour, you do so on our booking site, where the A Day in LA Tours privacy policy governs.
